The lease : starts at 4.00 p.m. and ends at 10.00 a.m. of the established days, except if differently agreed.

The  balance of the lease and Security Deposit ( min € 100.00 ) must be made in cash upon receipt of the house keys and signature of the relevant contract.

The booking : 40% of the agreed rent is required in advance payment; it can be made:
